How Much Should I Charge to clean my Airbnb?

This is not always a straightforward answer. The biggest factor is your pricing scheme. It should be obvious that you want to charge as much as the market can bear! More importantly, you need to at least cover the cleaning costs, including time (hours), cleaning materials, cleaning supplies, and laundering expenses. I would also pad the budget to include things like free coffee, tea, or soft drinks, if you include them in your setup. Whatever that total price is, should be your minimum cleaning fee. You shouldn't be in this business to take a loss, and you need to ensure that all your expenses are fully covered.
Now, do you include this price in your nightly rate, or do you break out the costs? For me, as a customer, I prefer to break out the costs so that I know what I'm paying for. I understand that some customers might not appreciate that way of seeing it, but for me, it seems more honest. There are no hidden fees, and I know exactly what I'm paying for.
On the other hand, they say ignorance is bliss. Some people prefer to have everything included, and there's an argument to be made for it from a psychological perspective. Sometimes you might not want to see things broken out. Seeing them broken out might trigger you to think about how much you're paying, which can be a problem if you just want someone to pay.
Ultimately, it really depends on what you think your guests' preferences are. Just make sure that you cover all of your expenses and add a little extra for unexpected costs or repairs. That way, you'll be prepared for anything that might come up.
